Sitting
or standing for long periods of time will give pressure on your
rectal veins. If your job requires you stand or sit a lot, do
try to stand up periodically. If you work as call center agent
do try to stand up for at least 5 minutes. Try to move around.
People
who exercise more also have fewer chances to develop hemorrhoids.
Maybe all that running makes the rectal veins stronger. If there
were dumbbells for rectal veins people who sit a lot would rather
buy that. People who also exercise a lot will obviously drink
more water. Drinking more water helps aid in digestion and metabolism.
As we grow
older our anal sphincter muscle becomes weaker, making having
to take a crap a really difficult situation. Some people may
even opt out to having to crap. So they try to use laxatives.
But these laxatives could make constipation worse. Instead one
should just exercise the buttocks. The person should do the
buttock press exercises. All you need to do is tighten the buttock

for the butt can be done almost anywhere and anytime. You could
also do this either standing or sitting. This is also a good
exercise for the elderly, pregnant, those who can not do much
physical stuff and those who are plain lazy. Be advised to do
this exercise in a place where few people may notice. People
might think you’re a pervert for touching your butt if you do
it in public. Or people might think that you have an extremely
